Echo Craft Kitchen's Chef's Specials run Friday through Thursday at 150 Echo Lake Road in Watertown, CT. This week's lineup includes the Hocus Pocus pumpkin ravioli, the Full Throttle burger, the Sea Me Now? seafood fra diavolo, the Lookin' Like a Snack crispy chicken pizza, and the Purple Rain roasted beet salad, with Spicy Stallion as the Wing of the Week.
