Echo Craft Kitchen's Chef's Specials run Friday through Thursday at 150 Echo Lake Road in Watertown, CT. This week's lineup includes the Disco Ball short rib fries, the Focaccia Flip burger, 'Lotta Burrata ravioli with pan seared shrimp, the Did You Say Bologna? mortadella pizza, and the Fallin' Leaves salad, with Gotchu as the Wing of the Week.
