This midweek special started with a simple request from our guests—“We wish there was an easy night out in Watertown where we knew the food would be great, the portions generous, and the price just right.”
So, we created Wednesday Classics: a three-course dinner built around comforting favorites, crafted with the same attention to detail and fresh ingredients you expect from Echo. At just $28 per person, it’s a night to unwind, reconnect, and enjoy a meal that feels familiar—but elevated.

Make a ReservationEvery Wednesday, Echo Craft Kitchen offers a $28 per person three-course prix fixe menu paired with 50% off wine bottles (bottles only, not available by the glass). Happy Hour runs 3PM to 6PM at the bar. Walk-ins are always welcome, but reservations are recommended.

Appetizers
Pizza Fritte
Golden fried and stuffed with ricotta, mozzarella, and basil. Served with marinara.
Classic Caesar
Crisp romaine, creamy Caesar dressing, shaved parmesan, milled croutons.
Panzanella
Mixed greens, tomato, cucumber, red onion, croutons, white balsamic.
Entree
Roasted Airline Chicken
Garlic herb roasted chicken breast, lemon basil cream sauce, broccolini and roasted garlic mashed potatoes.
Spicy Rigatoni Alla Vodka
Prosciutto, English peas, garlic and shallots in a lightly spiced pink sauce.
Atlantic Salmon Florentine
Pan seared salmon with sauteed spinach and summer tomato in a white wine lemon glaze, served over wild rice.
Tuscan Neapolitan
Roasted portobello mushroom, breaded eggplant, ricotta, steamed spinach and roasted red peppers topped with pesto cream sauce.
Dessert
Chocolate Lava Cake
Served with seasonal gelato.
Butter Toffee Bundt Cake
Served with seasonal gelato.
Petite Cannoli
Chocolate chip ricotta filling.
